Refund & Replacement Policy

1. General Policy Overview
Venith Emmerce LLC, trading as SolidlyLeads ("Company," "we," or "us"), provides high-intent performance marketing leads. Unlike agencies that charge retainers with no guarantee of results, we operate on a "Pay Per Qualified Lead" model. You do not pay a retainer. You purchase lead packages.
2. Refund & Replacement Eligibility
We provide refunds or replacements ONLY for leads that are deemed "Invalid" based on technical criteria. A lead is considered invalid if:
- The phone number is disconnected or out of service at the time of delivery.
- The contact information is clearly fake, such as "Mickey Mouse."
- The lead is outside of the agreed-upon geographic territory.
- The lead does not meet the specific qualifying answers agreed upon prior to launch.
If a lead matches the criteria above, you must report it within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement credit or refund.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do NOT provide refunds for leads in the following scenarios:
- No Answer / Voicemail: We guarantee the phone number is valid and reachable, but we cannot guarantee the prospect will pick up the phone when you call.
- Change of Mind: The prospect decides they are no longer interested after speaking with you.
- Competitor Engagement: While we guarantee exclusivity from our end, we cannot prevent a prospect from filling out forms on other websites run by your competitors.
4. Exclusivity Guarantee
We guarantee that any lead sold to you is 100% exclusive to your company for a period of 30 days. We will not resell, share, or distribute that specific lead data to any other client within that window. After 30 days, the lead data returns to our general pool.
5. Speed to Lead Advisory
Important: Your success rate is heavily dependent on how quickly you contact the lead. We strongly recommend calling leads immediately upon receipt. We are not responsible for low conversion rates resulting from delayed follow-up.
